Goodbye Polaroid; Welcome Back Disney House of the Future, Knight Rider

What’s returning?

The House of the Future at Disneyland. No longer sponsored by Monsanto, a company perhaps too busy with corn licensing to find anything amusing about it, will re-open in May in Tomorowland.

Knight Rider. NBC is bringing it back, without David Hasslehoff.

What’s disappeared? Polaroid. The company will soon stop production of its instant film, which dates from the days of the SX-70. So far, there are no takers for the production line, though we think Polaroid could try a bit harder.
