Trademark Infringement, Bethlehem Style: Star and Bucks???

I am indebted to fellow parishioners at Church of the Redeemer in Sarasota for this photo, which shows the “Star & Bucks” cafe just adjacent to the Church of the Nativity.

“Look very closely…… I guess there are no trademark infringements to worry about in Bethlehem, Palestine…inside the westbank. “

  1. Trademark laws are specific to each country. If Starbucks did not apply for a trademark in Palestine, then the copy-cat store would be legal.

  2. Perhaps nothing to worry about when there is a military vehicle parked out front!
