Brandchannel Seeks Brandjunkie Award Input

NEW YORK – Brandchannel.com has put out a call for industry enthusiasts to participate in its annual global awards competition called Brand Junkie. The awards recognize brands that “inspire and shape our world.”

The survey www.brandchannel.com/brandjunkie.asp challenges respondents to think critically about how brands influence the marketplace and consumer spending. The results give a genuine perspective and analysis of how brands are regarded by the market.

Last year, the inaugural Brandjunkie awards (www.brandchannel.com) included nearly 4,000 participants from a diverse and knowledgeable demographic within the branding industry consisting of 40 percent agency-side professionals, 40 percent clients-side professionals and a healthy contingent of the media and academia.
