		<description>American Trans Air (ATA) picked up a bunch of used ones and flew them for years (replacing thier 707&#039;s).  I remember PSA also made a big deal about getting them and then I believe never did.</description>

		<description>There are still some airworthy L-1011&#039;s but there aren&#039;t many in the USA.  The British RAF still flies 9 of them!  

Also, how could you list some of the major operators of the L-1011 without listing Eastern!  They had a very large fleet of them.</description>
