NEW YORK — The Fragrance Foundation has announced the finalists for the 2026 Fragrance Foundation Awards, naming Honorine Blanc, master perfumer at DSM-Firmenich, as this year’s Lifetime Achievement Perfumer.
The finalists were revealed April 16 during the organization’s annual awards luncheon at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York. The event recognized contenders across 19 categories and included the presentation of the Game Changer Award to fragrance taxonomist and historian Michael Edwards for his contributions to the industry.
Five award categories were also announced during the luncheon, including Fragrance Innovation of the Year, Indie Fragrance of the Year and Editorial of the Year. Winners in the remaining categories will be revealed at the Fragrance Foundation Awards ceremony on June 11 at Lincoln Center.
Earlier this year, Nordstrom Inc. was named the 2026 Hall of Fame honoree, to be recognized at the June event alongside Blanc.
